SparkAI enforces strict guardrails prohibiting non-educational topics, harmful language, or automated essay generation that compromises academic honesty.
Isolated WebAssembly Client Sandboxing
When students write and execute Python programs in our Coding Lab, execution happens 100% inside their browser via Pyodide. No executable code touches our servers.
Private Profiles by Default
Student accounts have no public searchable directory or unsolicited messaging between strangers. Classroom groups are strictly controlled by verified educators.
Our Safety Commitments
1. Age-Appropriate Content Filtration
All learning modules and AI responses are automatically adapted to the learner’s grade level. Content suitable for a high school physics student is never displayed inappropriately to younger elementary learners.
2. Academic Honesty Enforcement
Our AI assistant is programmed to prevent cheating. When given an exam question or homework prompt, it offers hints, analogies, and conceptual questions instead of writing out completed essays or solving entire homework sets without student effort.
3. Data Minimization & Retention
We collect only the minimum required information to deliver personalized study plans. Parents and guardians may request complete account deletion at any time with permanent purge of all associated study logs.
