sparkn is built strictly for student education. We do NOT sell student data to third parties, we do NOT engage in behavioral advertising, and we do NOT create commercial profiles of learners.

2. Information We Collect

• Account registration data: Name, email address, password hash, and assigned role (student, parent, teacher).
• Curriculum preferences: Grade/class level (1–12) and educational board (CBSE, ICSE, State, IB).
• Learning activity: Completed quiz scores, flashcard review intervals, and study habit consistency metrics.
• Sandboxed coding: Python scripts executed locally in the browser are not transmitted or stored on our servers.

3. How Information Is Used

We use collected information exclusively to deliver personalized learning paths, calculate Leitner flashcard review intervals, generate parent consistency summaries, and power Socratic AI tutoring.

4. Parental Rights & Data Deletion

Parents and legal guardians have the full right to review, update, or permanently delete their child’s account and associated learning records at any time via the Parent Portal or by contacting our safety team at support@sparkn.app.
